Your personal information is stored securely in our CRM system, hosted on infrastructure provided by Supabase and Vercel (servers located in the United States). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorised Dream Outcome personnel only.

In the event of a suspected data breach, we will follow the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under the Privacy Act, which may require us to notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if the breach is likely to result in serious harm.
